Parts arrived.. One big heavy box.. This is what the piston looks like.. Same size as the oil filter.. Two small piston weight less than 0.5kg could move 500 times its weight over 100km/hr.. Isnt that amazing??

Anyway, ph, liquid.. Do get the sprocket set from me when ure free.. To those who are still using 520 chain, your bike will be seriously underpowered... Anyone who wants any other parts, feel free to sms me at 81329714.. I might be operating my engine saturday night at my mscp.. Anybody wanna come or learn how to change piston, feel free to come after 1030pm.. Will be changing only my rear piston and taking measurement to see if i could fit 154cc piston without changing the sleeves.. If theres enough clearance.. Then will order the 154cc piston.. Do let me know if youre coming..

Hey yinghai thxo for helping me with my bike man. That day u din do anything for your bike but was helping me and kj. Anyway I can only take from you from 21st Oct onwards cuz I stay 7 days at base ah. I book out find u. Btw my bike still leaking a bit but looks lesser. Trying to find the exact place... I should wash my bike first like u advice Haha

Ph, you only need 428 chain.. Front sprocket and rear sprocket i have.. Liquid, i think those are left over oil at your chain cover.. Wash away the puddle of oil at your engine first.. Tonight will be doing till late.. So ph can find us later.. Liquid, we will find a day for you..

Most of the shop should have 428 chain.. Get the 132 link.. 428 or 428h o-ring.. Make sure its 132 link..

managed to get "the idle die off" problem...fixed.

asked the mechanic, he said the valve clearance no problem leh.

anyway, you've any idea why when i like throttle, the rpm from 1-4 like "unresponsive" but after reaching 5, it shoots fast.

Yinghai: what's flat spot? I have small jerking symptom below 5k rpm. ( full throttle the bike jerk forward and backwards ) is that flat spot also? how's the operation with kj going? Fierce? Haha

 

Ph: do update me pls on where you buy/ fix your sprocket + chain . Haha I also wan to chiong somewhere to fix cheap when I bookout:cool:

liquidribs: went to spc. got ah chuan to fix, he said the "bar carrom" was too tight. i also don't understand him. but if too cold will still die off once a while.

good thing, at rpm 1, still go "steady" if not, i must idle it higher.

my sprocket size i also don't know.

My bike now got power.. I check the cylinder sleeves.. Its 4mm thick.. If i were to big bore the sleeve, i will only have 1.75mm thickness.. I donnue if its safe or not.. Need to ask my friend..

Taking the engine apart is a hell job.. Finally down to the piston was a relief..
