dun mean to be a wet blanket but i nv feel that it's really worth to pay over 500bucks for a tag unless u r talking abt one of those old classic models under the heuer brand (ie b4 they r merged w tag heuer). to me it's just a brand cost and dun really pay for the mechanism.

With most popular brands, prices will go up on a regular basis. Usually annually. Brands such as Tag and Panerai will increase its prices almost for certain. Supply and demand.

It's a gift from a girl when i was in Poland Warsaw...

I dun think it's too expensive and i dun really know whether u could find it in SG or not.

Poljot is not really well known here cos most of the Singaporeans wants rolexes and tag heurs.

i dun tink u can get it for $50-$100 animore... Maybe in USD denominations but still i don't think so.

I think the price of these watches have gone up cos it looks like everywhere is selling it at the same price.

Maybe 10-14 years ago it was that cheap if bought off desperate russian sailors wanting to get some $$ to visit the local whorehouse.

Check http://www.smirs.com cause they offer the best price rather than the singaporean retailers.

I've heard that they ship it all the way to SG from Russia and the price is affordable plus they are very reputable in dealing with overseas purchases.

Although Poljot is not a Rolex or Tag Heur but believe me the quality of the watch is extremely good and keeps perfect timing although mine is mechanical.

I am always getting ppl asking me bout my watch cause it's really a beautiful piece and they are surprised that it's russian not swiss or german. :thumb:
