i know what you mean.. no piece of mind the main thing.. i had already started sourcing for legal ones... slip ons from Scorpion & Micron, system 4-2-1 for Akra (Akra no legal slip ons for X11)...

Yohsi TriOval from Motoworld quote me $1750.. Micron from Unity $1650..

looks like buy overseas and get it certified cheaper..

i think $500.. if u are found with a tampered street legal exhaust.. it's $70..

anyway.. i wanted to look for a full system too.. a 4-2-2 system.. dont really like a single exhaust..

i went to see the 4-1 Yoshi, din like it that much.. think i'll go with a pair of Yoshi slip-ons..

anyone else want a pair of these bad boys? about sgd$970 all in.

http://www.morepoweracing.com/uploads/images_versions_large/42026.jpg

those pipes look good.... but i prefer 4-2-2. anyway i am not a speed guy thus no need for all the power.... :) anyway if 4-2-2 full sys is pretty damn expensive :) i rather save the $$ for changing to steel brake hose :)

btw bellypan still ok lah... i dun mind but like all i also prefer the white one but still have to check with Seng Kwang.... seems like impossible from the pics cos my bar cut across the inside (btw the pipes and engine) of the pipes thus blocking the side coverage of the bellypan

Yo Vicious,

can you tell me how many brakelines are there in our beast cos of the CBS system, cos once i did enquire and the person selling the hose told me that CBS unlike conventional brake has more then 10 lines and thus if we were to change to aftermarket brakehose it will pretty much cost more then $600 and not to mention complicated work too, thus not much people wanna do......

and i need your opinion if we change the brake to conventional brake sys... you think it is advisable? cos my friend briefly utter to himself that Honda must have design it for a purpose when i pop tis question to him once :cheeky:

anyway.. i was wondering for a long time.. i look for an aftermarket 4-2-2 header.. then slip on my legal endcan.. hahah... *dreaming again*

Brake lines?...well if i not mistaken, they come in sets for the CBS, maybe they will get the BB set, same system. Wats important the mech who run the system internally for you, the CBS...quite tedious job to do. How about split the system, ask now which mech have done it successfully...then you can can try? Or we take your bike system as experiment. Haha. Last time when ask, all cannot...give up already! For me, the CBS sucks big time, almost failed my inspection for rear brakes last week.

Exhaust pipe: To improve speed? My suggestion is..add the Z infront, delete 1 n add 4 behind - get a ZX14. Then you start the ops - dyno..pp..exhaust..etc...

X11 is all about its own design itself, some riding comfy, some speed when you required traffic to traffic!..if you use your rightside brain..you appreciate the bike at its max since day one, keep it rather get hustle by mototiam with such low selling value.

To be continued...:bounce:

Hi guys!

Wow.. plenty to read man...

Brake lines - I dont think we need it and dont change the CBS. CBS - Its great for straight line braking. I been to pasir gudang and sepang on the x-11. More than enough brakes if you are riding for fun and not in a race. Other factors also contribute to your braking... Suspension, braking technique, brake pads, etc etc....

How CBS works - Of course can almost fail inspection. Back brake works actually when the front forks dip and depress a plunger. Look at your left brakes.

Pipes - I ride with the Micron i VERY scared. Cos the fine gonna cost lots more than wat i paid for the full system. hahahahaha....

True about the weight of the stock pipes. Careful with aftermarket headers ya..

Mine keeps hitting the humps unless i go DEAD SLOW.:giddy:

So for those of you who wanna get belly pans, make sure they fit well. Then again, maybe its my wieght pushing the bike down... haha..

Malacca Trip - Who can make it??? 25 November OR 09 December. Please reply. Can go for a one day ride or stay overnight. up to you. Nice and easy relax ride.

Let me know!

Your pipes gotta value for money, I will get one and install at times, only u need to do some sneaking and snaking from the BOYz.

Trip: Short trip not much a preparation, my bike in good health to go till far, only to get fresh e oil before trip, tat can be done half hour. I need my ownself to be back in sgp, eventhough my flight on 23th...still can be extend or to be thrown back here again(Ppine) immediately. We are rushing to brought back this gigantic semi back early Dec.

i believe the shipping can be cheaper one leh.. considering that the guy selling the blue bellypan can give us a significant saving.. bet the white one can too..

or maybe we set a price we comfortable with.. for sure anything less than $100 is a nono..

i'm comfortable if the price of the bellypan is abt $150?? we have to take into consideration that we have to paint it somemore loh..

anyway.. if by any chance u all decided to go ahead with the bellypan, just include my name.. cos i'll be off on my deployment real soon and i dont think i can reply or post anything.. of cos.. if the price is right..
