When I go for inspection, I slip on the orginal pipe.. but still single exhaust leh.. no problem passing cos I think with a box, you can pass anything.. ahahaha... Wah.. Phil, you damn lucky can pass.. the fella give you chance man.. next year better go back to the same guy.

 

 

Shithead, are you using the rack I passed you? Cos there is a bracket to strengthen the mounting which goes under the seat. Dunno what you carrying on that little rack you got, but i would not put too much weight on it.

 

I changed my spark plugs day b4 yesterday and the bike is running smooothe again. A lot less vibration, and my engine knocking subsided quite a bit. Ah Hwee still did not contact me yet leh Phil...

 

Am already looking forward to our ride on the 5th May. Not as tough as KL and am looking forward to a scrumptious seafood meal. This time, hopefully can have enuff space for durians.

 

Lo, try and come leh.... if not noone for me to play pool with. Phil and Han, as you know, will be battling it out... ahahaha...

 

Are we meeting up this weekend? Has to be on Saturday.. may go in for petrol at nite. Anyone???

Not suspension, I got my front fork full serviced bit n pcs at Bikelab..but still u can dropby ask bout suspension lor... haha maybe they recommend Penske to u. I think Shithead mentioned it to you rgding suspension repair.

err... they were too busy to entertain me... the chinese tech with spec was abit grouchy but another chinese guy was more friendly and ask the specky to dismantle it which afterwards the specky just shove it to me and carried on with work... then me rushing back to Kim Keat to fix up b4 they close cos waited for more then 1hr, just hop onto my friend bike and zoomed off.... sorry..... kancheong ley....

 

anyway safeguard the hose for me max 2 mths and i will get it by then.... promise.... tks bro......

Nah... i using a rack mounted on the 4 nuts of the pillion grip .... so far so good, quite secure and not to worry, i wont carry heavy stuffs in there cept for some bras and things hahaha ... but riding with the box is abit different in feeling ..........

err.... i did the repair and the modd brackets so total is abt 200bucks from wat i know, the sensor alone is abt 120bucks excluding workmanship....

 

suspension the famous one is bikelab but heard there is another one by a old chap in Yishun which they say not bad ... if you wan i can ask my friend for the address....

You will get used to the box... i tried many times to ride and live without it.. but I use my box for spare helmet, which i carry every day to pick up mah wife, for food, for rain coats and slippers (esp Nov to Jan), for chain lube, for lap top, for groceries, even had durians in it once.. haha.. Of course, i have to admit, it looks ugly.. but when TP ride past, they see box, they bo chap.. ahahaha

not fair.. that time i told asked them if they could swap suspension for me.. all told me cannot.. nvm.. can help me find out where in yishun.. closer to my hse.. and i believe will be cheaper than bikelab..

 

hehe.. now u also put box ah?? i intended to put side panniers.. but think think.. like got not much use leh.. and it cost too much liao.. hehe.. maybe the new trend is to put top box??

Do u know why they say cannot? because u had ask them to swap the "SPRING" instead of suspension, which is a very big & long process job.

they told me this after you left the shop..........some communication break down, too bad.

just asking.. anyone know what they do to service the suspension?? as in top up hydraulic or something.. vicious.. u mentioned to me b4 that my suspension left spring right?? if so, meaning that i top up hydraulic can liao right??
