hmm.. hehe.. seems like although we are riding Xs, it seems like some of our bike losing the original looks liao.. this is the other thing i like abt abt naked bike.. the open option to mod it's looks.. :cheeky:

vicious, maybe u are right.. shd save up the $$ for something else.. hehe.. the headlight itself also cost abt 1k.. think also a bit ex..

 

phil, when u going to chrome ur rims?? i'm intended to do that on my last tire change, which was last yr.. but that time becos of my australia det, i gave that up.. if u are going to do that, let me knw.. i might want to tag along.. as for the airbrushing the whole bike.. nah... no design in mind also..

haha.. x11s are rare.. and i mean rare.. it's already very difficult to see a X on the street.. not to mention a done up one.. anyway, as mentioned, some of our bikes are "done" up.. not fully but u wun notice it's a X11 unless u see the words on our tankbra..

 

eg, phil's bike looks like a triumph speed triple as u can see from the photos from his signature..

Yup, I really like wat Ah Hwee did to my bike.. mid range is damn shiok now.. a bit scary too... throttle response is vavavoom...

 

Roger, wat you gonna do to your headlight? Change to normal ones?

Roger, saw a sale in the garage section for a S4 headlight assembly for $170 bucks ley ... u might wanna check it out ....

Basically, my shim adjustment was off I think.. Hwee did some balancing and it stopped the knocking sound.

An ice-blended mocha nice n cooling too. Just put time, I will try to BLEND in...u knew my style.

xlover: i'm having thoughts modding my current "sai tau"(head fairing) light to a GSR headlight.. ie.. removing my current ducati look alike to a GSR type.. but it cost too much.. so i'm giving up the idea..

 

phil: sounds like a good idea.. we shall go to shithead instead.. btw, are u gonna do a MO for the pin or key chain?? if u are.. hehe.. i want the key chain..

Friday i can but will be after dinner. Wife's birthday dinner la. Anyway, I just called Pasir Gudang Circuit and they are open this Saturday.

 

Meet up: Esso Second Link

Date: Saturday, 05 May 2007

Time: 8am sharp

 

Bring:

Protective Gear

Gloves

Full Face

Riding pants (Jeans also can)

Tyre Pressure Gauge

Tools (if necessary - esp for baffles!!!)

Its 50RM per hour, so wanna play 2 hours, please bring 100RM

 

Brief Itinerary:

 

8am: Meet up

840am: Shell @ Pasir Gudang Circuit to top up Vpower racing and check tyre pressure

9am: Warm up

11am: Cool Down

12pm: lunch, prob at second link KFC

2pm: Home Sweet Home

I think Sunday will be occupied by seasoned Lacers with the full suits n superbikes, see other thread.

 

Ed, u sure Sat available for bikes, not for Lambos or Evos?...I will run with 'em if I drive a Zonda.

Phil, Han is right... Sunday a lot of fast riders there.. and does not mean they know what they are doing either... since we are going nice and slow, Saturday will be better for us.

Yup... nice, slow n SAFE. A good jump start for me...sooo long left the curcuit. I felt like want to hop into fairing bike lar.
