Hospitalised on 28 Jun night due to severe gastric pain & high fever - 40.2 C. MC till 13 jul loh...

went thru the new honda bikes website...The X11 and the ST11 has stopped production. Such a dissapointment. both are an absolutely good and affordable bikes. the newer ones are a little on the high end side.

but there's a model i was quite interested in. it's called the CB1000F. It'll be around next year...so for u all lovers of X11...here's a chance for an upgrade.

Haha...I dun think so, mine have serve me rite ard 7yrs already. Valuewise not worth selling, performance still 'what i want, it still there'. If you gotta follow the trend, u gonna lose a lot.

well i did some study between the X11 and the Blackbird as both are using the same breed engine. the only difference was the Power. the X11 delivers a mouthful of 138bhp wherelse the blackbird has got 150bhp at 9,500 rpm.

well, as I'm using the Fazer, i find there were only three different thing between the 1000cc and the 1100cc.

the 1st was the X11 came in 5 gears (pretty cool)

the 2nd it has 16 valve in 4 cylinders wherelse the fazer has 20.

lastly, the weight, as usual honda bikes has never made lighter. they just make the engine more powerful.

but then, X11 was a previous model which is still hot and sexy. and those who are using has confirmed it still runs and grunts. the fazer is still new and not much can be said about it.

and talking about why the Japanese has stopped the X11 production... They made a big loss in making the bike....and why is that ? they've made a perfect naked bike and sold it for the price below cost. the same situation in Honda 400SF Vtec 1. they gave the bike a pair of forks that belong to the 1999 CBR900RR. Unimaginable. sometimes you gotta love Honda.

one good thing came out of the stopped production.. its pretty rare..

 

and still get alot of ppl asking "wat the hell bike is this?".. haha..
