still, must find time to fiddle with the x.

 

yesterday night, itchy fingers removed the ks and re-did the cable tie solution to the blinky problem.

 

removed the original 2, and now tried 3 cable ties.

 

it fit very tightly. Yay. Happy.

 

went for a test ride confidently....

 

...lo n behold..... the blinky came back!

 

went home, pushed and pulled, re-did the cable tie, and STILL blinky!

spent a couple hours struggling with it. wtF?

 

today is day 11, and back to square 1?

 

remember that movie 'awakening' with deniro and robin williams, where all the coma patients regain their senses only for awhile then they go back to being veggies? same thing

Both are good tyres. i think it's matter of price here. the BT021 cost about $370 for front 120/70/17 and rear 190/50/17 and pay $20 less if you choose to get the rear tyre 180/55/17.

 

and of course.... Valentino is using brigdestone too....

hello... philiplolc... apologies just saw ur remarks re "slowly leaking tyre".

did u check on the valve stem? there is a nut there (size M10 i think); that nut could be loose, thereby resulting in slow leaks.

thx dude, but its not that.. last GP ride kenna puncture.. eddy helped fix at the tuas checkpoint m'sia side.. put 2 sticks of the sticky stuff too.. need to change tyre..

2 worms in Phils tyre at 1 hole, amazingly lucky to get it survived till now. Be safe bro, sayonara to tat tyre set. Mine have been fed with M1 after the Michelin sets, stock rear w 180/55 enough to rip the ground.

come. its a relaxing ride. Smell the fresh morning air, Enjoy the peace and quiet kind of thing. this is not a race (But some of the boys are quite quick) someone with a map will be pointing directions, and the rest will be the happy bunch.
