i got fine by premas for parking without parking coupon, who do i appeal to ? hdb or premas ? i have not renew my season parking as the axs machine nearby my hse is spoilt, will they accept that ?

you can try.. but i think hard luck.. you can always go other axs machine or even online to renew.

I self skidded on april 2009, just received a traffic offence today for 6 demerit points and $200 fine. I would like to appeal as it was a minor accident and the punishment for it was a bit too harsh.

Anyone know which email address should i sent my traffic offenses to?

I tried searching the traffic police website but can't find any links..

guys really need some help here im still on p plate then i kena 2 speeding ticket (8 point and 6 point) on same day and same place 1hr apart. went to the TP dept on tuesday morning the officer don wanna pang chance he seems determined to revoke me. anyone can help me? i heard ppl saying go to the MP and ask for help.. just passed my car license and 5 more month i can go for 2A liao... really need the riding license.. riding is my passion man..

Send my letter to that email add as well but its been 2 days and there isnt even a confirmation letter that they received my mail.. getting a little worried though coz supposed to pay up or mail them by monday. Zzz

 

Tried to call the hotline whole day also cannot get thru.

hi, hoping to seek some advice from those who made appeals before

 

i made an appeal for a traffic offence on 16 aug 09, in response to a letter which arrived on 9 aug. payment due date was 6 sept.

today (12 sept) i received a second letter identical to the 1st, stating the offence but instead indicating an extented deadline (10 oct) to make payment.

however, there was no mention of any appeal.

 

does anyone know if this means my appeal failed?

or am i supposed to take it that my appeal was received, deadline extended, and to wait for a letter informing me of the appeal status? >.

at around may 2007. i was caught riding without license with my friend's bike bby 2 Tps along yishun road. The Tps took down my particulars on a piece of paper, asked for my friend's ic number and asked me to push my bike to a pavement. Either wait for my friend to come and fetch me home or take a cab home, he even returned the keys to me. i then reckoned he is letting me off, when i reached my 18th birthday, i went to the Traffic police and and if i am eligible to take license as i was caught on road without license before, they told me can, and told me that i do not have any traffic pending cases. So i proceeded on and passed my license in early 08.

 

now sept 2009, 2 years plus later, the Tp suddenly contacted my friend via mail, and asked him down for an interview. My friend went down, he faced no charge as that time i said i didnt ride in his knowledge. My friend asked what will happen to me as the Tp did not contact me to date. Tp said i will be revoked.

 

But i already made the effort to ask the Tps if i am eligible to take license anot, they say can, now they come shoot me all this shits.

 

 

Anyone got any experience? Or know any good methods i can fight for my license?

 

FYI: i am married with kids, serving NS, need bike badly.

Heyy, i was riding alont the side of bus lane(close to the left lane of normal vehicle lane) this morning when i saw a tp holding the camera ahead. i tried to change into the normal lane but idk if he manage to capture the photo. you guys think i'll get charged for that? lol.

I've done it a few times but will at least have my tires on the lane markers. So far didnt kenna.

 

Except once when a cub suddenly cut into my "lane" from inside and I had to swerve the whole bike into the bus lane. I appealed based on this and managed to get it waived.
