Looking for CBR 918/919 Riders

funny, this morning started the bike, the headlight came out again... may be the switch faulty, i touch touch abit it becomes ok liao.... only 1 light now, left side bulb burnt already, now low beam only 1 eye turns on, high beam then both eye turn on... :giddy:

happen to me before also leh... see if ur left side bulb is burnt bo? then check whether the bulbs are original wan or not, cos the original spec bulb has different "legs". the normal ones can fit, but the leg have to bend it abit, and prone to burnout. besides, the spec for ori bulb is

12-45/45. normal ones that u find is 12-60/55.

my bulb last time every 6 mth change, then i used back kawasaki original wan which also fits perfectly (12-35/60), up to today no problem. but the bulb cost me RM100 each

damn, 2 bulbs for RM200!! :giddy:

i may be use OEM one, cheaper i guess...

BTW, me going to change sus braided brake line, $195. will feedback after install it... hope can increase the braking power... :smile:

yupz i LL no choice.. OEM i dun think have the exact size lor. just try asking around see have or not...

wow the HEL brakelines ah... its for the whole set or just the front? braking power sure good wan... mine using goodridge lines, never had a problem with it

haha, see how first, single bulb save electric, may not chnage the bulb first... high beam still can use both bulbs mah... :sweat:

ya, HEL, getting from Vector One.... getting whole set, for $195, front only is $165, so must well chang all for extra $30...

went vector one, no stock until next week thursday...

i want to change before i go track, think i will change at Planet for HEL also, $210, $15 extra.... will do it on wednesday, change light bulb at planet too, 12v 60/50, $5 only... every 6 months change also never mind... haha... :giddy:

haha, let's go for abalone soup breakfast before going PG this Sunday.

if nothing goes wrong, this sunday got free slot, i will call them in saturday to confirm again in case they got last minute booking.

Date: 10 July 05 (Sunday)

Time: Morning slot ( will confrim timing with PG circuit again on saturday )

Play hard, ride safe.

* i invited my fren Ah Zai to go with us. he doing 1:5* mins in PG circuit (150sp), been sponsored by some workshop before. he accident and hurt his knee, so quite long time didnt go PG already.

he also drove 2.4l evo 4 and take part in PG night sprint race....

he not yet confirm, so hope he will join us, can teach us some riding technic also... *

where is torque? confirm join us go PG or going with your fren?

eh bro, check with PG already, 10 Jul is track session, RM50 for an hour, but 17 July is track day, 3 hrs for RM80... how, still stick to our plan or we go on 17 Jul cheaper and longer?

my bangkok trip postpone to 23 Jul, so 17 jul i'm free...

3 hrs special track day is from 9am - 2pm, no slot for afternoon.

so we stick to our previous plan, meet at GP esso 8am, go for breakfast, reach PG by 930am, go for 10am session, play for 1 or 2 hrs ( if you want to play till 2pm also can, but i think i do not have such energy, 2 hrs is max for me liao, i can help you take photo.. )

so what do you think? meet 8 am ok or need to meet earlier?

Can 8 am sharp at GP esso den go makan breakfast den go track...

Mi i tin oso max 2hrs ...dun like Undertaker those youngster can go 4 6 hrs.

country side riding is easier to go longer cos it count 2 kopi session mah...

n less pressure compare to track
