Still below average possibility to have assets of $10m by 35 becos much higher possibility of losing money base on the risks he will have to take.

you should know money doesnt come simply with high risks.

There are consequences. Thats why I remain a Suntec food court cleaner.

well i got to same something about risks.

i think someone putting $5k in warrants is very much risker than someone putting $500k in a value stock. i do not believe in risks and rewards. i have a friend who is a broker, he has seen these risk takers making big, and paying back double.

i love dividends.

Most impt is better not regret that u nvr try buying Product A or Product B while u r young. Young should try lotsa things. Can't possibly be 40+yrs old then u look back n u regret buying ur 1000rr when u r 23 and then suddenly wanna buy it right? 40+ yr old ride 1000rr where got style.

Save lots of $ is definitely a good thing.. but sekali next week u die or kena accident become vegetable, but with $100K inside bank oso no use.

Hard la boss. Its ur life bah. Balance it to the best of ur ability. Ur life mah... not for me or others to say what u shd do with it.

That's why u oso shdnt say abt others "wad sia

Good morning anyway.

yar, there is no right and wrong way to live one's life.

some worry about leaving this place without doing all that he/she wishes to, some worry about what if he/she stays on this planet for 80yrs and wishes to do forward planning for his/her life.

one solution would be to Delay Expenditure.

then again, once we get product/experience A, we want B next, and C, D, E, F, G..

argh, damn hard to seek balance ah, so far i'm content with my regular tues/thurs/sat/sun cycling with my kakis. having a motorcycle and going into msia on fri/sat nights actually clashed with my early morning cycling sessions. wish that 1 day i can comfortably buy a bike for occasional riding.

i love dividends.

Reminds me of the saying...

"You can have no fond memories of your life when you're old and aged...

But let there be no regrets... Cos you can only live life once"

That's why I choose a simple life as a cleaner at Haig Road Market...

Steps to do a proper KNNBCCB with middle finger.

1. Bow down slightly, looking intensely at objective

2. Like a raging bull, hop and jog slowly towards objective

3. Take your left palm and slap it hard on the right mid-arm with a SLAP!

4. With charisma, raise right arm, whilst showing middle finger (with left palm trapped in bend right arm)

5. Shout! KNNBCCB

Sekali die next week or kena accident with -$100k is much much worse, right?

As Life stages unfold, your thinking may change.

Hasty, do not be.

When there, one is not yet, my young Jedi Newton cleaner.

May the force be with you when you wipe those tables.

frenz driving sti, now jobless for few months, at wit end i even help to donate 15 bucks to him for his petrol.

Well, he should have managed his finances better......now he is F%ucked.

Wonder if he now regrets buying it more than he would have regretted not buying? sorry i got no empathy, sympathy for such.

Thanks for your invitation to join you Mr Throttle... I always remember my primary school teacher said something even though I never manage to complete my primary school education:

"Live life to the fullest... But always be contented with what you have now..."

buying an IS250 when one can barely afford means its going to take a longer time before he/she can upgrade to a GS300 and later onto a LS600. save up, invest and get passive income, the dude/chick can have his/her passive income paying for an IS/GS/LS in later years and still have the substantial capital retained!

i always plan my finances with expectation of living up to 80 yrs old, the STI driver mentioned above planned to buang/crash/die in 3-5yrs that's why he bought the STI under newbie's theory to experience all he can b4 leaving.

i love dividends.

GS300 and LS600 both not nice to me. Only find the IS250 most appealing among alll the Lexus. Mebbe SC430 oso not bad la.

K nvm, one day after years toiling as a cleaner, i will buy 1 each for Throttle, xb84 and panclan.

I share your liking for the IS250 but i didnt buy it becos it's Jap at the end of the day and i wanted Conti. this does not mean that Jap is no good.

Thanks for the kindness but i cant accept it.
