Bike Clamped

Hi. Would to ask if anyone bike got clamped before at St James Power Station bike parking lot ( Permit Holders Area ) ???

 

There was no signboard obviously to mentioned it was NOT meant for the public to use it, even though coupon was used. Bike still got clamped .

 

Anyone encountered this experience before?

u mean the one on the right side of the entrance for PSA staffs?

with the green fencing surrounding it?

It's stated there that those without season parking will be clamped. Park at VivoCity, $1 for first 3 hours.
