ok, from my experience of riding for almost 12years and changing around 25 bikes, I think they're the best. Not trying to advertise for them or something, but I know one sales guy very honest and shop me the breakdown of the payment, unlike other bike shop. He's even open to bargain. When I bought my bike, it was in the condition that I wanted. New rear tyres, serviced in front of my eyes, spark plug, oil change. Unlike most shop say they change but dunno whether it's true or not. Some more I got free helmet, bike cover, raincoat. After his guy serviced for me, he push the bike behind and washed it himself for me w/o me asking. I never see a salesperson done that. Then I came back and bought another wave and ask the same freebies. He just gave it to me....Is that customer service or what?

Thanx all the bros for your valuable input. Having mentioned all the nice experience you all had, does it apply to ALL the ASPhoon branches? Or is it just a selected few?

ASP is OK to deal with. U may need to haggle and bargain. But they are clear and transparent in thier dealings.

Though the interest rate varies from the amount of downpayment u can afforrd. Just bought bike from them.

but i got my bike and realise the front brake pads are already worned off. Informed them bout it. they say to bring it over and check. Now let me see will they replace it for me. As they promised they will change whatever things that need to be replace.

So far i paid for the rear tyre. will update again once i am done.

when to the back to ASP Changi and informed them over the worn out brake pads and the faulty brake light.

Showed it to the salesman and then to the mechanic to verify. Mech verified the front brake pads are almost gone. Sales man agreed to get it replace by saturday. They claimed they will order it and replace it FOC.

Coz they say the will service the bike on which ever parts that is worn out they will replace it. Now the ball is on thier court to keep thier promise. I was abit happy when they replace the bulb without any much fuss..

So let wait for saturday to see ASP is really interested to keep thier customer or just plainly to sell bikes and no aftersales.

On the contrary, i had a bad experience with them, not in the initial purchase, but there was once I sent my chq installment payment, they didn't rec'v it and decided to penalise me with additional $10 fine for late payment, even though i wrote in to explain the situation. The same time I sent another chq to a credit card company they also didn't rec'v. It must be some screw up in mailing process. After writing in the bank just remove the fine without question, but not ASPhoon. They just simply don't accept my explanation. Yes it's just $10, i thought they could hv just waive it. They didn't, and I'm sure I don't want to deal with them in future. Call me petty, but that's what an unhappy customer will do.

how lond did u have to wait for your bike? normally its a few days rite?

Food For Thought

Bread pudding.

Single light cream is the type of cream most commonly used for cooking. However, this type of cream should not be boiled as it will curdle. Also, always add hot liquids to the cream rather than the cream to the liquids, in order to avoid curdling. Single(light) cream has an 18 percent fat content.
