sold my bike but LTA still issue me summon

i want to ask if my bike previously was mod illegally but didn't use and didnt got caught, but sold to motorshop and motorshop sold to new owner. now new owner has been issued a summon and he appealed now LTA says that i'm the one that mod it, LTA issue me a summon saying i mod the bike illegally. any one experience this before?

This sounds cock to me. How can they prove u mod it? What type of mod? Version S?

yup, as my yoshi exhaust is with cert only full system with out cert... den new owner appeal to LTA saying that i mod it. he has the prove from vicom that i went for inspection was stock system, but i sold to motorshop with full system and motorshop sold to him in full system.

LTA is a big joke. How can he prove u sold to motorshop with full system? I seriously don't think u at fault leh. Just appeal lor.

Interesting. So everyone get caught just blame it on the previous owner.

 

Now resale bike better option.

thanks guys, anyway have been waived off, LTA issued to new owner. as is already transferred ownership as well as he didn't check properly with bike shop before purchase.

whats the summon for sumthing like this? u know some bike their stock header already went out of stock, no choice have to buy after-market ones.. zzz
