you didn say which model exactly you talking about.

 

i assume its the aprilia rsv4. only aprilia, ducati and bmw offer different 'factory-spec' and 'base model' for their flagship sportsbikes.

 

you just have to go their website and compare. typically factory spec comes with better/branded supensions and/or brakes and/or exhaust system and some other stuff. thats all. typically the increase in price is good value for the extra parts they give, although not many would have the opportunity or the skill to push the bike until the differences can be felt.

 

they're both road-legal though.
