troubled by a deteriorating bike and a poorly paid internship allowance..

 

i'm paid $7 an hour!! HAHAHAHHAHAHA

 

OT/Sat x1.5, Sunday x2.

 

work 8-5.30pm, monday to friday, 12-1pm lunch. WOO HOO

i understand. it is inevitable. i started riding without box. and i dun need a box. i just lug my things along, get drenched in the rain looking really bad. Wait at bus stop/ bridge for rain to stop...but i'm used to it.

 

just carry helmet along to shop...or bring cheapo helmet and lock on the bike.

 

it's troublesome la...but it depends on you...box is convenient no doubt.

 

but it's ugly. my phantom is ugly. so i decided to make it uglier by putting 2 more after i bought the bike.

heh heh heh...awhile ago somebody rode somebody else's honda joker all the way up to the lift tt goes up to central library, then made a turn and go all the way out. full gear plus cornering plus between the barriers stunt biking. check out our past publicity vids... CS was the great cameraman.

highly discouraged. Because you are upsetting your body clock. When it's suppose to sleep and rest, you force your body to exercise.

 

best time of the day is to run early in the morning before taking breakfast, when your stomach is devoid of food. Your fats (and unfortunately muscles) will get burn very fast because you are running on empty stomach.

 

HITT is good for burning fats with little muscles being sacrifice.

 

HITT - high intensity interval training

 

sprint 100m , jog 100m. do for about 4-6 laps.

 

you must put in 100% to sprint for the 100m, and you can jog as slow as you want for the next 100m, or even walk.
