Hi everyone, got myself a forty eight few weeks ago, curious about the cleaning and polishing regime esp in sg condition. Any tips from the pros .. dos and don't.

Ace Custom Tony, moved back to JB to semi retire. for Harley servicing and repairs,  i recommend Sanfu at Kaki Bukit.   Just google it.  They are efficient both in cost and time taken.  Simple

Called them up but they don't use real leather and not accepting any jobs until after CNY.

had that date booked 2 weeks ago. imagine.

there is also a new shop that just open at bukit merah, the same row as HKL...not sure how the workmanship though...i do admit i like Eugene workmanship, pretty happy with the seat he did for me for my ST

Is it that they sub-let the work out? I thought it was on consignment.

whatever it is, i dont think you get a good deal by trading in the bike direct to them, would be better to find a shop or buyer to sell, else you are paying an extra middle man fee

Thanks for the advice. Most likely selling it to Sunhog if nobody is interested in it here. Hope to release it by mid-Feb.

Not much choice it seems. No one has interest here. Save me the trouble. Would have traded in to Mah motors if I had bought their bike (Deauville 700 with ABS). Their offer was only slightly lower than my asking price here. If only the place I'm buying my next bike would take trade-ins....

Are you riding a XL1200R? If I'm not wrong your seat is thicker and the mini backrest and rack don't fit.
