Hi everyone, got myself a forty eight few weeks ago, curious about the cleaning and polishing regime esp in sg condition. Any tips from the pros .. dos and don't.

Ace Custom Tony, moved back to JB to semi retire. for Harley servicing and repairs,  i recommend Sanfu at Kaki Bukit.   Just google it.  They are efficient both in cost and time taken.  Simple

My apartment is just beside ECP, at this point of time I still can hear a few Harley on & off riding along the expressway... I think more & more Harley rolling on the road :p

More and more ... maybe.

Maybe now you ride Harley start to take notice and that make you feels there are more.

Maybe those busy no time riding rich had change for newer or give up to those afforable ones and they are more active on the road.

Maybe the Harley riders are going for more louder pipes than before.

Maybe and maybe ... Assumption can F you up nicely at times ... LOL

Hi guys, I just happen to know this few days ago, need help :giddy:

 

My both tire runs with inner tube, so if gonna nailed, sure tire flat.

 

Changing of inner tube is one issue, taking out the rear tire is another issue.

 

Lets see this picture

For example: Tire changing (100% I cannot do it on the road cause I will not have the correct tools to do it, but just see how it goes..)

 

If I have to take out the rear tire, I will have to take out the rear exhaust too, because I have to take out the wheel shaft in order to take out the tire, but one of the rear exhaust is blocking the way...

 

And still have to wait for the exhaust to cool down...

 

Changing the inner tube on the road is difficult for me too, I will need to get a tool bar and have to be careful not to scratch the chrome rim while taking out the tire, either lying on the floor or mis-use of tools definately will scratch the rim, have to get a new inner tube~~

 

I don't want to take that chance, if that happens in Malaysia, that will be Gameover for me. No way that I be able to change the tire without much help, the only way to go so far is to get a new RIM~!!

So my question is: you guys got any lobang for rims?
