Hi everyone, got myself a forty eight few weeks ago, curious about the cleaning and polishing regime esp in sg condition. Any tips from the pros .. dos and don't.

Ace Custom Tony, moved back to JB to semi retire. for Harley servicing and repairs,  i recommend Sanfu at Kaki Bukit.   Just google it.  They are efficient both in cost and time taken.  Simple

Need help, while changing batt, bend the wire connectors to fit the yuasa Batt . Ring connector which connect to the batt broke.

 

Now bike can't connect to batt, bike can't start ..

how to get it fixed?

 

Any idea if dealer or anyone offer 'road side service'

What so strange about it? Hit 2 birds with 1 stone. Me & my kakis will ride to dealership to see the launch and after that will gather as much rider as possible to clash into SBBF cos their event starts around evening. Please see http://www.bigbikefest.com.

 

It will be fun to ride together to SBBF. Anyone interested to join me? :angel:

Went to Rosli's today. Met Penguin there with his axe :smile:

Anyway, I'm gonna give the Metzeler ME880 Marathons a try... Rosli is ordering them for me :)

Aiya, I let my younger brother ride my Harley leh~ he looks better on a Harley than me due to well-built size~ I also look good on a yammy mah~ :cheeky:

SBBF u see more custom harley from our local friends. HDS anytime bro.. it will be there... :angel:

 

Big Bike Fest is a 2 day event, bro..... 15th & 16th.

i'm taking the 16th for SBBF thus soaking in only the Harley 2008 models launch on the 15th.

If you are wondering, I guess these people are upgrading. In fact, many told me that who is the world would want to buy a 883 Harley for kept sake? They are just starter for Harley lover and soon would upgrade to its bigger siblings if they are going to ride it long. :)

Ok wat. I don't mind mine. I thought of selling too but then I know I'll miss the rumble, plus it's quite zippy for my city travelling so ok la. But ya, I guess most would wanna upgrade to a bigger bike for touring cos the sportster really has no space for anything. Not even for a screwdriver, alarm or IU unit. Sucks. Also bigger bike for bigger rumble. Ppl hear a loud roar come by, then see a small sportster, like cheyyyy then look away. ahahah

No leh. I think 883 enough for spore roads. 1200 a bit much. And I save in Road Tax. heh. Plus I feel that any sportster looks funny with saddle bags. I'm seriously tempted by the STX or if I were to get another Harley, a Roadking. But one big IF la. All depends how big my pocket can expand.
