Just fyi, Last Fri, My "Beast" got burnt down by some despicable act of an irresponsible *******..

Damn!! If i get him sure he'll burn just like my bike..

Just imagine this.. U see your beast burning infront of u & u cant save it..

Ya, i know what u just might be asking..

How did it started, Was there any leakage of Fuel & bla.. bla.. bla..

I will upload the pics by tonight so as to giv u guys a better pic of fuel leakge, electrical malfunction or mischief act..

i found a suppleir on CF but apparently the parts i want like the windshield and belly pan was not specified available by him. maybe got to ask him...MO MO MO MO

 

 

Hmmm. The only supplier that I found was Geelong. But I don't really know if the suppliers trustworthy. It's through the net. I saw CF front guard on Ebay. I have doubts about ebay. You've tried ordering thru ebay?

Yes I sure do. The sound of a Ducati 999 at full bore is something I'll never forget.

 

Japanese inline4s on the other hand are just so sedate. Don't get me wrong, some bikes like Suzuki and Kawasaki sportbikes make fantastic noises too, but nothing beats a Ducati with termis.

for the riding the m400 gives me lots of agility....

 

i got comments from frens even i agree that in terms of handling of similar class, like for me m400, S4 still not there yet. and in my opinion s4 will nver b there.

 

Frankly I feel not many people know how to appreciate Duke for the right reason. just because its more pricey means its more desirable?

b4 the monster i had 13 yrs of riding japanese bike.love the monster after seeing its debut in 1993.then the price was too pricey to comprehend until i took the plunge and gave it a go.

 

boy was i pleasantly surprise how it handled.she was brilliant!

one thing though,i had to throw all my knowledge of jap bike down the drain and start new.all its pros & cons.loved it.i also understood the prices need to maintain this bike.

 

for normal services its thesame as th jap bike.

when it reaches the 10k mark is where you need to brace yurself.

after the 10k service...the bike is as good as new engine-wise unlike the jap engine,it got a make over...and the jap continue aging

my bike is 13 years old...i could still ride her hard and as for the jap ones of the same year,most of the m are in scrap haven by now.further more dukes design will nvr run out of fashion.

 

sigh...i nvr get tired of say this...u need sense to ride the jap bike and passion to love the italian ones.

haha .. I think that a bike being exotic because it is rare will attract attention. Imagine if our country has 20,000 Ducati bikes and 200 Honda .... I am sure many will look at a Honda at the traffic light.

 

I love exotic machines, hence for me, while the Super4 is a fantastic bike, it does not appeal to me. Ducati sells style, and that is what you get when you buy one. Japanese bikes have their functions, and to me that is reliability with value for money. Having said that, the R6 is so sweet looking.
