Thank you very much bro. I will think about it. BTW, read from another post said that install a ducati performence kit, then our 400cc baby monster can become a real 600cc monster. I am thinking about it. Will go to check it out at Mineva.

 

Any of you ever installed that thing before. I think if I change, then TP also cannot find out bah. Coz got Monster400 sticker on the bike. haha... But wondering about the annual test. If can really change, then I don't think i will buy a Class 2 bike. Will ride this for some years. hehe.....

There is a bore kit to 540cc for the FI monster, but its rather pricey better to get a 620

u can actually buy an erp pouch instead of spraying... mine is fitted with black pouch.

hey dudes, thanks for the advice. I agree that i will need to do much tweaking to the top triple and the brakes may need to change too. Just wondering if it's agood option. Just keep maintaining them I guess.

guys my bike is out of commission for a while until my Leo Vince arrive 3rd week of next month.

 

I just went to Mike to change my Termi pipe back.. wa super loud, no wonder i got caught.

 

As i suspected, Mike sold my bike to randy. That dishonest scum. And only sold my pipe for $300 each. Do things also give quick fix. then a while problem surface again. I'll never ever go back there. If randy never got caught then I'll never see my termi again.

I went to racewerkz which Ah Bee from HKL always try to shoot down. I actually find them very helpful, friendly and do a good job. The price is also not expensive, but not cheap, its reasonable.

 

So guys, instead of waiting for your bike forever at Mike and collect it to find that it's a crappy job. Why not go to racewerkz. Just a suggestion for my fellow Ducati Monsterer.

btw, for this week's outing, I can only go to railway mall Bt timah, since i put back my termi, I dun wan to venture too far, i scared get caught.

he is my mechanic too, Its not bashing lah, cos everyone here is monster rider, i just wanna share my experience and recommend good stuffs to people. So that everyone enjoys a good ride.

 

I gave him many chance already. I still went back for engine oil and spark plug change and a new chain just 1 month ago.

I didn't have problem with Mike too.

Till today, even I didn't service my bike there. But I do drop by to lunch with that old geek. Heh heh

Racewerks is a good shop indeed they will try to finish ur bike asap which is wat everybody is looking for... I usually visit them for tuning, engine oil and plugs... best thing is they do Dyno at their shop too.. reasonable price indeed.. One disadvantage is that they don't sell spare parts.. they also take from other dealers.. Kallang Cycle have many spares and many good 2nd ones so thats y I go to both shops.. Well its all depends on which shop u feel comfortable with.. not necessary these two shops... there r lots of shops out there yet to be discovered... Cheers..
