Hi all,

 

Need some advice if you can spare a moment.

 

Went to see a black 2002 M400 (ScorpioSky - thanks for the pointer) asking for 9K. Any advice on the price or for those who might have seen the bike on the quality of the bike?

 

There's a slight dent on the tank from a drop and the owner mentioned this was looked after by Raymond (Eunos).

 

Any advice/ pointers will be greatly appreciated guys! Thanks!

 

If the bike talks to you, buy it. Price is secondary as you may get something cheaper that turns out to be a lemon. Be prepared to set aside some cash to do it up to spec. On the other hand, a well kept and well maintained monster is worth the higher cost as you wouldnt have to fork out more money to get it running well. Good luck.

Btw, anyone interested in a 400 SS? May be the only one in singapore. I just met the current owner over the weekend, she doesn't know how to appreciate the bike at all. Feel kinda sad that it has to be stuck with her. Probably can get it for ~3k.

I got the cufflinks already and they look nice.

When it comes to bikes, I only see red…

Parts are with singpost processing unit, I haven't been to michael's in awhile. Update you when I pass him your stuff.

other than the engine and brakes, i believe the 400ss and 900ss are identical... maybe u can pick up a 900ss engine from ebay?? such as this one:

There is bank transfer and I have the IB dongle here with me. Haha. 400ss very very nice. I have seen it already, new paintywork, engine bay abit dirty, speedo is very nice. There are 2 in sg at least. One of which Mike services.

The ss can be viewed at motorfactor Blk 3006 ubi road 1 #01-336. Singapore 408700 look for alex. It's in pretty good shape and starts with no prob. 750 ss engine would fit right in but 900 ss is dry clutch plus requires diff headers. See pics. Undecided yet. Haiz.

How did you do? I checked your bike today, it's still in one piece. Michael said he's working on it early next week. Parts are here, I'll pass them to him on friday.

hhmmm u can try this brand OKADO. It has been a shen bike cover for me and can tahan the heat. Could get it from LAB...cost abt $35... if i remember correctly.. :) cheers man..
