It is reasonable for 2V ducatis. 4V ducatis cost 400-450+ for labour alone. Maybe the parts were "taxed" in your case but for 24Kkm it is around $600 I guess depending on wear and tear. My 4V bill came up to $703 + $220 for full service.

Thank you for the info~~ =)

Hi dukakis! I have just gotten myself a M4! She has been awesome with her 600cc loaded.

Am considering giving her a complete makeover and am wondering if there is any place that does a good job at that like designing custom bike paint jobs. Roughly how much would the damage be?

Thanks in advance!

Thanks H@nn! Headed down to Raymond to get my signal and new blasting horns fixed today. My very 1st damage to my pocket on her. He advised me to change the tank cap as the current one is known to let in water. Met a fellow M4 rider and he showed me one he bought from ebay for about 150. Ouch! Have a feeling however I am going to invest in one pretty soon.

Raymond talked about getting the engine sprayed for around 400 dollars...can't remember if tht price includes the chassis's. Headed down to republic motors after and Jimmy quoted 4-500 to get a high quality paint job on the bike. Price does not include chassis and engine though. He did mention however i can get the chassis and engine chromed for 1-2k...no idea what that would make my m4 look like but 1-2k! Ouch!

Need some help here guys. My M4 rear shock is leaking oil and will have to change it. Been searching for a 2nd hand one on eBay but am not sure if they are compatible. Raymond told me the older version m4's rear shock is longer than the later ones. Have no idea most of his duke language being a noob here.

There r a number of s2r,s4r,ss monster shocks on eBay but I have no idea If they will fit into my bike. There r also a couple of m900 shocks but judging by the looks of them, the condition seems pretty whacked.

Urgently need some advice here.

Thanks in advance!

Heres how it works

If your monster has a hoop that holds the swingarm to the suspension, then the shock need to be 13 inches long

If your monster does not have a hoop, but instead has a rod link, then your shock needs to be 12 inches long
