Seas Sport near the Chinese Garden, there is offering of canoeing and padding courses. The big ones are to develop into another hub area similar to those in Toa Payoh & Ang Mo Kio, but this time they include commerical development as one of the scope.

Normally upgrading take around 2-4years depending on the scale of the work plus upgrading is done on batches example 10-15 blocks at a time and do in phases.

 

my side started ard 1 yr ago.. still haven complete 1 lift out of the 3 lifts they building..

so many mosquitoes... :giddy:

my area currently upgrading again.. sandy roads.. i looking more towards the BigBox project at jurong east central. this will definately make JE a more happening place.

At least your place is not under dengue cluster compare to others. Regardless U may approach the upgrading office to find out the progress of the work normally piling work take six months then another six month to erect the new lift shaft then follow by the installation of the lift all this alone take about 9 months to a year.

 

Ur side got opt to re-do the wiring? Its good to have new wiring around the estate cos our old wiring can result in power trip during thunder storm.
