When I took over my ZX10, i only got two keys. I read from the user manual that there's supposed to be a red master key. Do u have it?

3 set of original keys...... that means i short of 1 key?

btw..is 1l = 14.5km high fuel consumption?i pump shell 98..i can only manage 180km till reserve..

dunno bout the consumption of ur bike but mine can get 260km b4 the light turn on. Think im getting 15.2km/l. :thumb:

Bro! ur bike brand new right??? If it is i think its like tat. After awhile u should be getting better distance wif it. I use to get 250km but after i install a air filter i got 10km more constant. I got bout 3L after the light come on. :thumb:

It will definitely. Wif a controllable ECU u can tune it to get the best combustion thus better power over the current factory setting. Factory alway set it conversatively for reliablitly. Its always richer wif factory. Wif a ECU unit can always lean it out but dun "botak" ur pistons.

Huh??? High pitch sound??? Like wat bro?? grinding or just a whistling sound?? But by changing to a higher lift cam willnot have such sound except the rev is slightly irregular. Most noticeble in the exhaust note. No sound should come from the cams. Maybe the clearence of the valve???

From wat i think ah.... u should go rip the engine out and do a full service. such as taper clearence, clutch plate shimming blah blah blah..... if the valve clearence is screwed ur engine aint gonna last long dude.

 

I think its bout the same as a car engine. Once we screw around wif the cams, lots of things is effected. Timing, fuel management n the lists goes on. If we increase the compression ratio its even worst. Better to be safe than sorry dude.

dunno man. Maybe u should go to a reputable mechanic. Pay slightly more but piece of mind is wat i always say to my frens. Dont skimp on cheap labour when u sitting on a 172bhp crotch rocket. The power to weight ration is like more than 1:1 is a scary tot man! Cheap not good and good not cheap!
