05 is an 'updated' version ma.. so less probs. :smile: market should be ard 15-17k? :confused:

Just get a complete alternator set (flywheel + stator coil) from an 05 10R from EBAY or forums and swap it over to yours. It's not even difficult and only requires the disassembly of your clutch/transmission system to install the alternator unit.

 

USD $150 should see the part arriving to you, good luck finding one though.

That aside, any labour fee can almost always be negotiated between you and your mechanic. Oh and we can't use 06/07 10R alternators because they run their flywheels on the left side instead of the right. =)

yeah bro,, i am still looking for a buyer,, my bike has been untillised for more than three month,, too busy to ride,, always kena overseas attachment...actually i looking for people to reloan or take over my bike...it just feel sad to it there alone..please call or sms 82260322 for more info..btw thanks for helping me update in this thread bro... :thumb:

Guys, I was quoted $110 for the Muzzys aluminium cooling fan (replace the stock plastic fan on your radiator). Anyone interested? We could bargain for more discount.:smile:

Yo bro, the price is inclusive of installation. This quote was given by your all time fav mechanic. Currently there are no stock available and we got to place order for it. Shipment will take about 1.5 months.

This product is practically available for most of the bikes out there.
