However, the placement of the satellite dish has to be planned. One has to point it to the right direction to pick up signals from the satellite. Moreover, we Singaporeans live in pigeon holes called flats; I think it's going to be difficult to mount it.

 

You risk getting caught if your satellite signals (eg.) use the same radio frequency, disrupting an already establilshed signal with the same frequency already in SG's terrestrial atmosphere.
