HL hv installed additional harness on my bike during last yr recall (since no damage wires).

But 2 wks ago, I hv encounter the spider bite behind my left headlight. Does anyone know where to get those connector head? Need to replace mine since burned/melted.

Dear all,

Any recommendation for value clearance, timing belt change, injection change and throttle body resync?

Also what is price for servicing?

To each his own, Bro.

Every one has their own preferred or favourite mechanic or bike shop for servicing.

I no longer ride a FJR now, but I trust my FZ6N with Alex of Motor Factor at Blk 3007, Ubi Road 1, #01-448.

If you go, just tell him FZ6N Mr Seah. He should still remember me. :)

Just a suggestion to you only. You may wish to source for other suggestions and mechanics.

Cheers.

I was actually disappointed that after installing the wire harness from their recall exercise on the spider bite, it then actually happened to me! Guess their solution is not really working.

For me, I am too planning to wire up the same 6 points.

May i know how did you fit up your own additional wires? Have any pictures for illustration? I am hoping to get the male side of the connector to coupled up with the original female side (don't really wanna disturb/cut the original wirings). Do you or knows anyone here on where can I purchase the connectors locally?

Thanks for the recommendation. Since no one had replied earlier, I already replaced Metzeller Z8. :)
