Well, to be honest, I prefer the pumpkin color & was quite disappointed when was told that '05 came with this colour & green...Thought of getting the green 1 but backed-out the last minute..

But now me considering of re-spraying that pumpkin-colour..

Still working-out on my budget & any of you ppl out there knows of a reliable place besides Ong & Sons in Defu lane, recommended by Men Tong of Loois', do please let me know..

Hi...was plan to get tis powerful bike also...saw 1 at jalanbesar..orange...think is FW sellin $13.5k...izit ex?

i need to know-the insurance for 2nd party

n rumors says the parts is hard to find...

The shop u saw is selling at $13.5k OTR inclusive of transfer, road tax and insurance? if yes, insurance is TPFT or Comprehensive for wat age?

S$13.5 k sounds rather cheap to me!

Checked the outlook condition 1st (but looks can be deceiving) then the mileage...

Best still if you can trackthe previous owner by posting in this forum..

Parts wise, as u know, not many dare to be different, so it's kind of limited locally but should be no problem asking for help or advise in this forum in case you need any.

but how come some got 4 pipe.. some got 1 pipe onli. Which is 750 which is 1000 ? farking god.. tats so :lovestruck: Will be my next bike 1 yrs from now.

The z1000 has four pipes, its a 4-1-2-4 system, the z750 is the one with the single exhuast.

The reason why the 1000 has four exhaust is because its meant to follow the original z1, which is considered the R1 of that time.

the above one is a z1000. owner changed to 4-1 micron full system, with PCIII, K&N, Ohlins rear & Ohlins spring. good buy!

so i assume by u saying OTHERS as in other Z owners who dun appreciate their bikes? so is that why this thread for Z1000 & 750 is redundant? come on guys we r already owning a very rare piece of machine in sg. but doesnt mean the thread must b quiet n rarely see any postings from u guys. a meet up would be good.at least we know who r the owners appreciating their mean lean machine.

I called a few shop n they offer to spray orange colour for 05 model...N 1 shop even say got free yoshi if purchase the bike latest by next week..Do u all tink is it a gd deal?....

 

Pls recommend me some gd motordiam to purchase Z1000..Thks

there is a bike shop along serangoon rd selling a 2nd hand one at 13k if i am not wrong.the color is the factory orange. try not to respray ur brand new bike to other colors lah...i dun trust local spraypaint workshop. bad experience.
