Sadly, based on feedback from some riders, having a longer shield may or may not help, depending on your height, etc. The wind blast might just move from your chest to your head, making it much worse.

To paraphrase the advice Elan gave me once, "Either you ride at a comfortable speed of 120-130 or you man up and whack 200km to get to your destination faster"

I chose option 1 after trying and failing at option 2. Enjoy the scenery!

i tik 160 is still able to do so on a z1000.. adj the rider's posture.

try for 5 mins and think again . without a taller flyscreen no way lol

Just went to cameron highlands and back over the weekends on the Z . Windblast was a killer. Any idea where i can get a flyscreen> does it rlly help much.

I reckon u might wanna get a proper helmet. Don't just go for AGV GP techs or Arai Corsair, they are race helmets meant for full tuck position.

for a nake bike at high speed, Arai RX series, or some other aggressive street riding helmets. u can do all e research at Revzilla.com

Hope u did opened all your helmet vents when u ride.... (-_-")

Saw the note on tonight's meetup too late. Catch up some other time.

BTW, anyone using EBC's here? I keep hearing a buzzing sound during the initial bite. Few guys mentioned it is characteristic of EBC pads.

I'm officially an ex-owner now :)

Saw the meeting announcement too late. Another time.

Jagan: Define your buzzing sound? It's common (told by my mech) that ventilated disc, at least with EBC, makes a "woooonnnnnn" sound, heard only when going very slowly or about to stop. If it's wooonnn wooonnn wooonnn, then your rotors are probably warped. I had that on my Fazer but not on other bikes using EBC.
