whats 165 feet in meters?

165 foot=50.29200 metres.

And ORD loh!!

All that is gold does not glitter, Not all who wander are lost; The old that is strong does not wither, Deep roots are not reached by the frost. From the ashes a fire shall be woken, A light from the shadows shall spring; Renewed shall be blade that was broken: The crownless again shall be king.

Hi guys,

I'm a new RVF rider... juz bought my bike last mth coz juz got license oso!

I got this problem with keeping the idling stable after i start the bike especially

after rainy days. The bike can start but the idling wil juz die off, practically have to use choke to start every time... Is it a tuning prob? Pse advise... Thanks

Oh, 1 more thing... Hope to join the RVF team!!! Sounds really cool.

I suppose quite a few of us have the cold start problem as well. Prob you can try to go for tuning, it might be better.

As for me, this problem doesnt happen to me much. except if its too cold, or too long never start... i will have to rev a little while starting the engine, then hold the throttle at slight rev for a few seconds. But mostly, i dun have this problem...maybe coz my engine is newer.

IMO, engine is cold juz have to maintain throttle at abt 2-3k rpm for abt 1 min and should be ok liao.

maintain at 2-3k? er.... too high liao bah.

for me if got such cases, i just rev to 1k only leh. cos too cold liao then will be showing 0k rpm, just hold a while like 5 seconds at 1k can liao.

and most importantly, sit on the bike to make sure it is straight then bike wont die off so easily liao.

2-3k.... very very the high. had cause some damage to the piston...

most wear and tear come from the moment u start ur bike.

once i even read about a way dun noe from where, b4 u start ur bike, turn the bike on, then off the cut off switch then crank a few times( for me i crank 3 times) then on the cut off switch then crank again.

this will enable some oil from dun noe where to go to dun noe where n will reduced some wear and tear and can make ur bike wont die so easily.

try this and u can feel that the bike engine sound more smoothly then normally u just start ur bike.

but becareful not to over crank cos it might harm ur electric stuffs.
