NEWS FLASH

 

Just got into an accident today. Along PIE towards Changi near Toa Payoh exit at ard 1740. A car swerved into my lane from the right, no time to brake, knock its rear, i came flying off and slid and rolled on another lane.

 

Injury Report

Abrasions on right arm

Pains in neck, finger, leg joint, groin, waist

MC for 3 days (only)

 

 

Conclusion

Bike now in IDAC, will claim from the guy's insurance for my repairs and medicals.

 

 

For a moment, i thought i was gonna die.... When i was rolling and sliding, i told myself to push up to prevent more injuries...

 

 

To be continued.....

cos u hit his rear, he might say u follow too close..

i think u should seek for a lawyer to help u to fight for claiming..... tat time my friend get compensation around 10k but provided how serious is yr injury...:cheeky: my friend broke his arm now till alive

when that guy dun admit, oso nevermind, cos in such case, actually it wont be 100% sure win. so is can both party claim from both party.

just see who can outbeat the other 1 in claiming more. hehehehe.

claim no of days without transport (cab fee/bus fee/ mrt fee)

And if you are working part time, can claim no. of days without pay while you MC at home that 3 days.

Jungleboy : saw ur bike at e shop.. from e damage i c, required a sum of $$ to repair, headlight alone cost $200+++, jus hope u win ur case

Jungleboy: tho can claim ho yi si. BUT must pay a 300 for surveyor fee n ur total repairin fees URSELF 1ST den wait 6mths to 1 yr for ur claim to process b4 u get the $$$.......

I have to pay 4k..... from my own pocket 1st.... now eatin SAI everidae......

Ghostrider : When making 3rd party claims, the money doesnt come to you like in 1 wk's time. Everything, inclusive of legal procedures will take anywhere from 6 mths or more. So the money only comes in after that. If dont wanna fork out the money, then gotta wait many mths b4 the claim comes in.
