I need to service my bike within next week lioaw.

Any idea on the $ for Elf fully syn oil? Last time I brought my less than half bottle with $18 written on the old bottle (from Koon Motor) and he charged me $18. Not to sure if that the normal price Planet usually charging customers?

hi, anyone know around how much planet charge for changing of piston?

im riding a phantom TA200. there is some knocking sound at the engine area and i suspect that its my piston problem.

Was at Planet this afternoon got an original battery for my S4 at $155 which

cost much more at some other shop. Few days ago bcos of emergency turn into

a shop within my view to replace my clutch cable at $30 Sinkapore dollars.

 

Is Johan still with you ?

Hi Xiao Di,

 

Ah Chong had two type of battery for S4 one was about $60 and the original was $160 some shop selling $170.

 

One very new Spec3 burn a hole in his piston according to Ah Chong no coolent in his bike. Rider told me he go 140km from GP Esso to KL. back from KL bike break down at Yong Peng, over heat light did not light up. Overhaul cost about S$900 after hearing that I start checking coolent.

 

so are you riding to Melaka ? Think of visiting Ah Guan and Johan. my top speed is 110km. someone told me, "uncle you are very slow" I told him limpeh got 5 children.

would a $45 Yuasa batt from LAB last 3.5x lesser than a $160 from Planet?

Mine is from LAB and its been in my bike for ard 1.5 years.

Still running strong with no problems at all except it got drained once after my coil died due to a mechanic's incompetence.

 

Its up for a change in the next 1-2 months as I'm following the "change every 1.5 years" rule.

the battery was about 3 n half years old. milage 51,000 before i change

at Planet. Will track the servs life again. Prefer original product hear of

bikers paying S$50 for a spark plug went bike break dwn in NSHW.

the $45 Yuasa YTX9-BS i bought from LAB, the electrolyte was manufactured in Taiwan.

i'm not saying tht all batt from LAB is made in indo, jus the $45 one mentioned.
