hi ppl...would like to ask if i m claiming other party insurance issit better for de bike shop lawyer to claim or someone working in de ins company?? heard tat working in de ins company will help u claim faster??

orhh..okie...put wat if my bike is alr at the bikeshop for repairing n those paper i pass to them le, den now wan de ins company to do cause is faster..is it possible??

it depends if your case is for injury or property damage, if your case is contentious or simple, if your case is low value... simple, low value claims for property damage in clear cut cases - they will try to pay and dispose of the case fast.

of course ins company is better. but when u claim frm insurance company, i dunno if u will nid 2 pay ur motordiam 1st or let e ins company settle it.
