seems like i've a mixed reaction.

am currently using 2 different tires, front Diablo, rear metz MEZ1.

but the rear seems to square off in the center fast.

thou i like its compound when its hot, grippy & sticky. comfortable on the wet too.

but as metzeler's tires are always soft-medium compound, it doesnt fit in my budget.

ive ppl telling me to get the BT-020, lasting on wear, gd in wet. bt heard its already OOP as BT-021 is out to replace its predecessor.

as for mich's, there's the 3 reccomendations.

but, also nt sure if there's stock here for BT-92 & Mich's Pilot Road² for S4?

U using rear tyre MEZ1? N it square off fast? Then i hv to reconsider getting MEZ1 in future...

Yesh.

Its good in grip, wet or dry when heated up(easily also), but the centre will square off fast.

Think maybe because I travel straight more than cornering hence the outcome...

Think if for those who use the bike just for point A to B, shldnt be this jialat lah..

U can try BT021 tyres... Its costly....

Cheaper ones can go for MEZ1....

for those who are changing tyres, I have managed to secure a lobang for Metzeler Sportec M3 for VTEC models only (please do not PM me to ask if other models available), PM me with title "Sportec M3" for details.

personally, i think for your usage bt021 would be good.. heavy road user.. rear bt021 can use for very long.. that's the reason y i am using it as well.. haha.. do give us some feedback on other tyre if you decide to change to others instead.

are there any dual compound tyre for s4? i know bt021 rear is dual compound.. those dual compound or multiple compound tyres should last longer..

REALLY!!!!! i juz came back frm work & i found that my ride was quite disturbed by the sound "THUG". what i found was a small metal rod pierced thru. this is my second time. wuld my rear tyre will turn flat till tomorrow morning??? i got the same tyre as urs. :(

Heard that Michelin Pilot Power provides very good grip regardless of wet or dry. But the life span is pretty short.

Pirelli Diablo Strada is more designed for touring. Therefore the life span is long. Provide decent grip and wet and dry.

I tink diablo strada has better wet grip compared to diablo due to the amount of threading.

Still end of the it really depends on how you ride. Jz choose the tyre that suit your need & pocket most!
