I mean : how to ride a bicycle

Guys I cant ride a bicycle

I can only go straight but if I need to make sharp turns I cant do it.

if i suddenly brake I wobble.

Other than east coast park where the roads are straight, where can I learn to cycle without endangering people?

My bike instructors say that I cant balance on the bike.

By "your bike instructors" do you mean bicycle or motorcycle? It's kinda weird to learn how to ride a motorcycle before learning to cycle. Anyway, just some tips for you:

1) Try to get a good bicycle instructor (your family members THAT KNOW HOW TO RIDE ONE will do)

2) When riding, look straight ahead. Don't ever look down for extended periods of time. If you do, you'll lose your balance.

3) When turning/cornering, look towards the direction you're going to go towards (i.e. turn left, look left. turn right, look right)

4) When turning/cornering, never ever apply the front brakes too harshly. Use 10% front and 90% rear. Slow down before you enter the turn.

5) Focus while riding. Do not fix your focus too much on something in particular, even if it's an obstacle in front of you. (See: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Target_fixation and this

try the more ulu stretches

Guess so. Knew a couple of girls doing so. Guys not yet. I would not advice to do so though. Do keep in mind its your safety out there on the line. But its your life. Do what you deem fit.

The problem here is that I know how to go straight ONLY. If I turn sharp corners or go figure of 8, I definitely cannot do it.

The bicycle routes in parks are all straight. That is the problem.

Where can I practice turning? Is there a figure of 8 in parks?

You do not need a specific figure of 8 terrain to learn how to turn. You can also practice turning in an open area like at a vacant court or something.

Doing figure 8 helps in doing corner n U turn. So just practice in a open space will be sufficient

Try an empty basketball court. Cycle around the perimeter, you get straight sections and 4 corners.
