how much u service ? mine got 1 piston nt moving much... haiz.

Bro, the pison size is the same for all 8 at the front. There are 16 o ring inside (2 per piston) and u might wanna get it at Honda parts supplier before u start to open up. It's actually quite easy to open up and u will need to polish the piston to rid of those dirt/rust builtup. The caliper block needs to be totally dry free from moisture before u assemble back the pistons. Last but not least to do bleeding of the brake system.

If u do it at motortiam, likely is about 130+ inclusive of o ring replacement.

it should be slightly diff only. well it is for mine.. when i took out i thought its the same size, till i replace them back then notice its slighty diff. one of them 2 fingers(2nd and 3rd finger) can fit in. the other cannot.

think its due to the input of the brake fluid is from one port in to the 1st piston then there is a gap to allow the brake fluid to flow into the second. to be able to give about the same pressure to be appiled to both pistons, hence a diff area is required. maybe urs diff... i'll check out tomorrow then let u know.. i forgotten already. above about the piston is just my thoughts and might not be true.. so pls dun shoot me

:help:

anyway, i went to bike n scooter, i do myself with the aid of the experts there.. i do not know how to n they guide me along. took out all the pistons and clean with a copper brush till clean and also clean a bit on the nissin assembly. paid a fee for usage of the tools and also for the parts replaced (all the O-rings, brake fluid and 2 smaller dia piston front and a big one rear).
