Magna '94 - '03 Rear fender wanted

For my project Magna, I'm looking for a '94 - '03 rear fender that I can chop, while keeping the original for LTA purposes etc. I'm looking for a set of pipes as well, original or aftermarket slip-ons

 

End-result will be a lowered front (forks through triple tree), chopped rear, clip-on equipped bad ass bike - long low and mean. I'm sure riding position will be awful, but I won't take it for long rides

 

I hear that getting caught with chopped fenders, or any not original fender, is fined SGD 75 or so? Anyone has experience with this??

too short will get fine, but not sure how much. Also i think Ebay is your best bet.
