Owned this wonderful bike for 6months! Duties mainly from home (Yishun) to school (SIM) and occasional weekend outing with bike group. But of course, this bike is old but I took very good care of it. Dont believe me? Come and see and you will know! I've sold my YZF-R15 FBF 4XX3T and the new owner can vouch for my standard of taking care of bike!

Very good bike for 2A new owner looking to upgrade in a year! Oh! And it doesn't come with VTEC. Just in case you like to ask

Bike is in very good condition, ride and go! Been passing alot of people, never been stop :)

Some standard line such as "Never been drop", "never accident" and "never track"(Kidding me?! With this 16 Y.O bike?)

 

What I've done?

Got this bike on my birthday and there are some very annoying spots and patches. Didn't expect much since I wanted a bigger bike and I took it in and gave it TLC.

 

Before owning

- Bikeshop helped me open up the whole engine and was literally RENEWED! gasket was change out FOC, timing chain adjusted, valve cleared, engine flushed, scrubbed.. everything!

 

1st month

- Paint work was done meticulously and detailing was involved (see photo). Detailing was then follow up by self.

- Installed belly pan and rear hugger

- installed voltmeter

- installed K&N filter

- Installed BMW grip

- installed motovation bar end

 

2nd month

- Changed out the tires for road2; old tires punctured

- Clutch having problem, minor service to the line

- noticed some rust on fork causing fork oil leaking; changed out fork

- braking is very weird; service caliper

 

3rd month

- Clutch still feels weird; changed out the whole clutch spring. Clutch no longer slipped

- HEL brakeline

- braking still weird; not caliper's fault, changed Brake pad

- brake lever sink in when braking! Master brake pump changed out

- cannot take the BMW grip anymore; change to playlife

 

4th month

- due major maintenance; Rectifier changed out

 

5th Month

- Coolant Changed out

- Spark plug changed out; Irregular firing

 

6th Month

- Spark plug cap

- Notice Bike idling is very weird; The direct fuel line is old and in need to changed. Changed out.

 

Bike under installment still, would love to have a very caring owner (I guess only older folk will wanna buy this) and preferred full cash. SDG $4,200 NEGO!

(Don't think reloan is possible since this is a very old bike)
