The 2001 Honda Silverwing 400cc model is already nearly 13 years old, and very specific to Singapore and Japan. It does not have much export value to other countries which favour the original 600cc model.

Hmm... with only 2 weeks left of COE (infor from LTA), you might need to settle for highest offer. Why not do an open bidding so everyone has visibility and the bidders cannot fly aeroplane.. at least you are guaranteed with 2nd highest, 3rd highest offers here

If you sell to bikeshop, maybe cannot even get more than 1k. Good luck and ups ups ups for you!
