Like wat rookie said. position urself n bike to make sure both pegs 'touching' d ground. Using urself as a 'lever' between mainstand & bike main stand holder. if u hav givi rack, even easier(better leverage); then like any other bike, lift up & pull back simutaniously..

Takes awhile to get used to but once done.. smooth sailing.. FYI, i standing at 1.69m & 76kg.. onli managed to lift my @t on 2nd attempt when i juz got my bike. lifting it up after dropping the bike is worst.. :giddy:

hope tis helps.. :cheeky:

Try positioning yourself facing 45 degree to the right(fom the mainstand handle). "Looking to the box or back" ...Rock the bike twice. Third attempt ,,put on main stand. Hope it works!!! Still doing it for 8 yrs!
