Eh guys. I just got into an accident at arnd 12.15am just now.

 

Was on my way to Al-Ameen Woodlands, travelling along the Esso stretch. Road situ two lanes je kan. Got this red car on the right lane, I was on the left. Last minute dia suddenly turned into Esso. Aku tak leh avoid, jam braked tapi takleh avoid dia. Aku rammed into dia nye side bonet. Aku nye kepale dah leh nampak tayar dia. Nasib baik dia stop kalau tidak dah kene lenyek. Motor berkecai, helmet tercampak gi tempat lain

 

Mula2 si dektu cakap private settlement skali dia bual ngan sape entah. Dia cakap nak buat police case pulak. Tapi aku ada dua witnesses. Uncle bawak lexus blakang aku who saw the whole thing and this couple who was rufuelling kat Esso.

 

I haven't made police report yet. I.O called aku suruh aku datang TP HQ Tuesday.

 

Aku amik particulars dua witnesses tu. What should I do now? Aku baru balik dari hospital. 1 week m.c.

make sure you get your story straight. kalau boleh, kat rumah tu, draw le dulu diagram of road and what happened at point of impact. siapa kat lane mana.

 

diagram shud have vehicle movements. 1st point is before accident. then direction to second point, which is the point of impact which is the second part. so each vehicles has 2 reference points of location.

 

statement must relate your position, i.e., I was minding my own lane at a speed of 50kmh. Car A was at the right lane and was doing approximately the same speed just a few meters ahead. all of a sudden, the car made a left turn heading towards the fuel station's entrance. Without the car signalling, I was totally caught off guard and collision was unavoidable.

 

At point of impact, I had lounged the bike into the right left hand bonnet.

 

.....further explainations u may include: the car made a turn cutting into my lane at such a short distance without signalling, endangering my life.
