Ok, now dah nak dekat ujung tahun kan? So, maybe some dah dapat 13th bonus, kan? Tapi ma company tak practice such 13th mth thingy :weep: BUT variable bonuses instead :smile:

Let me tell you a story about 13-month bonus......

 

Why there is a 13-month bonus when it is really isn't a bonus? The mystery is finally revealed!

 

When the British were in Singapore, they were being paid weekly & they argued that Singaporeans were actually being cheated into believing that the 13th month pay is a bonus. Singaporeans are being paid monthly which is equivalent to 4 weeks pay coz there are 4 weeks in a month. As the British were paid weekly, it worked out to the same. You see, there are 7 days in a week. 4 weeks in a month. 12 months in a year. Then 12 months should work out to 48 weeks only.

 

But 1 year actually has 52 weeks!!! Hence the 13th month is your own pay, not bonus??!!. So, the British argued that there is in fact no bonus at all??? It is a very simple calculation that stunned many!!!!

Now you understand ?? Hmmmm...........

 

Its a pity kan, how MANY singaporean yg quit the job say in the middle of the yr being deprived of their hard earned money pasal most company tak practice pro-rated bonus .... :mad:

ni gua nak tanya... if anyone from here is riding an FV plate black sportsbike, not sure if R1 or Gixxer...

 

if you're one of them... and u were in from SPC tuas -> gelang patah -> u-turn -> GP R&R with a bunch of FJR bikers about 1030pm last nite... gua nak kasi lu satu pesanan.

 

semalam... lu blast lepas u-turn tak pasal dgn members2 lu... tapi lu jgn jadi pukitaik punya bodoh selit in btwn lane 2 and 3 in btwn me n my bro's bike. tu lane 1 sudah terang empty untuk fast moving vehicle lahabau... yang kau tak masuk tu lane apasal? lu punya buah pelir besar sangat?

 

u want to speed fine but dun endanger other people. if ur intention is to show off to one tiny krr and one super4... ure not impressive.
