SG is a "fine" city wat... wat offence oso can saman 1 lar... :giddy:

I think in the first place, motorbike are meant to be on the road and not up the pavement. We are only endangering the people walking on the pavement.

How would we as a motorist feel if they walk in the middle of the expressway as if they own the expressway ?:cheeky:

I was wondering can they actually do a double fine at the same time as the person must have rode on the pavement before he can park ?

1. Riding on Pavement

2. Parking on Pavement

1. Riding on Pavement

In fact I believe they can...

But they'll usually choose the heavier fine out of the two...

Steps to do a proper KNNBCCB with middle finger.

1. Bow down slightly, looking intensely at objective

2. Like a raging bull, hop and jog slowly towards objective

3. Take your left palm and slap it hard on the right mid-arm with a SLAP!

4. With charisma, raise right arm, whilst showing middle finger (with left palm trapped in bend right arm)

5. Shout! KNNBCCB

IMHO

hmm.. maybe they can, but i dun think they will do it. The reason being, the offender can claimed that the bike broke down, end up no choice but push up onto pavement ma.. maybe one of the situation is, already summon for parking on pavement, then owner turned up and ride away.. all witness by police.. then suck thumb...

Parking on pavement and riding on pavement is two different kinda offence... one is a parking offence.. and the other is a riding offence.. do not flame if wrong.. :)

I have been riding for 15 years, and have NEVER gotten a pavement summon. That's simply because I make it a point not to anyhow park and inconvenience others.

You chose to gamble but lost. Pay **.

Pavement parking attracts bonus of $70, but sometimes they panchance for short time, one eye not so open ;-) ...Bless them... Esp if not too obvious from the roadside or not blocking pathways :cheeky: But parking on double yellow line attracts the bonus immediately without hestitation :giddy: and rightly so ...

Motard Man >> MZ Motorradd << where can i get one ?

Cisco's acting on behalf of traffic police. You can expect a letter from TP soon. Once you get it, look for the fax number. You can fax in your appeal to that number. Attention it to the Investigating Officer in charge.

Bro, tested and proven 100%. Used twice, once by my friend and I learn from him. Just say you go to house party, all the cars park inside the private house, no space to park. so you park outside.

Is there any email to appeal?

If I'm not wrong I think there is. Just look out for email address on the TP summon letter but I would advice you to fax it in instead.
