Hi guys. I have been riding a sportsbike for more than a year now and the thought of changing a scrambler occasionally crossed my mind but after comments from my frens "Fat guys on scram where got nice??" "You siao is it?" and etc, i did not think much about it. But now, got class 2a recently and i start to think about it again. Just wonder if theres any fat arses like me riding a scram around?

And btw, in my impression, scrambler engines are like the most bulletproof among all bikes. Is it true?

How fat or wide is your ass bro?

I'm 1.83m/87kg.

So far my boy (WR2) has been able to handle my weight. But after 110km/h, then u can see water seeping out from the headlights.

That's all.

Cheers~

I am a tall and fat fella... been on a scram for a number of years.

My point to you, you ride for yourself or for others to see? If your answer is latter. PLease stop riding.... got get a car or something

Ok guys. THanks for the input. So since scrams are built for off road, does it means that the engine is also tough and bulletproof?

bulletproof in the aspects of engine durability.. hmmm well depends on the model of the bike and what u use them for.

If for dual sporting and trail riding the

XRs has been labelled as bulletproof reliable and so does the DRZ.

but if u are looking for a 2 stroke dirtbike then the DT200WR would be good choice in terms of reliability.

But it all boils down to the maintenance schedule that u upkeep and no matter how durable and reliable a bike like an RXK is, if the maintenance is not done, it will break down in time. :thumb:

XR4 is more bullet proof than DRZ or WR2, cos it got no radiator.

Radiator and all the associated components are just one more thing to go wrong.
