have a speedy recovery.

for the wounds try to take more fish it will heal fast avoid chicken and meat till the bruise heal up.

prior to this race, my best result in rain is 2nd last....everyone saw the reaction change in me when i saw the rain....i really lost all my hope....

 

spidy was surprised when he saw me finish 2nd.....actually, i am still surprised

I got a swolen sprined index finder on friday due to a idiot ram the soccer ball into my finger - now cannot fully bend my index finger, But hey so what, I still going track, the urge is greater then my pain.
