Timing???? For what.. No need to time one lar. As long as your 5 lap race you come in top 3 then you know you going faster. Simple. I am correct guys.

I nvr take timing before.. plus i very off form.. I need to know where i stand now atleast so i can work towards to a better timing..

Seriously SubZero. Timing should be the last thing on you mind, because timing distracts a rider from learning. First, need to learn the diff lines of PG. Then need to learn your positioning of body before corners, then comes precision downshifting with bliping and correct amount of braking. All this set then finally take timing then only can improve. if not you will commit the same mistakes again and again only faster, till kenna "touch wood" lowside or worse. Hope you what I mean.

was very nice to be at pg today... eye opener... but only downside of d trip, saw 3 rd kill... poor critters... and of coz getting soaked on d way home... dammit david dammit!! anyway sub zero sorry couldn't take timing 4 u... was taking 4 my fren during 5 lap race... he was d 1 riding d 125z... his best time was 2.00.06

I understand Grim.. I've been going track off and on the way year.. Only started getting serious recently..

 

Timing was also not impt to me... I have a blast scraping my sliders, esp ydae.. Turn 1 where i crashed, is now one of my fave turns!!

 

However, i do want to have a decent timing as well.. nothing great la.. My aim for my RS125 is below 2min 10 sec..

 

Prem was nice enuff to take my timing for me during 5 lap race.. My last lap was 2min 16sec.. i dunno if it was my best lap.. but anyway, i'm not a hardcore racer like Amba la.. I enjoy the feeling riding on the track and pushing myself..

 

Prasad was telling me that my lining and positioning were all quite good, correct. He say i can start to push abit more... What you think? from what you saw?
