this morning around 8.10am, accident along Upper Thomson Road turning to Mandai Ave.. a car and two motorcycles...

 

saw the two motor was badly crashed.. (TA).. dun know what happened, it seem like all 3 was turning right out from Mandai to Upper Thomson... casued heavy traffic jam.. guess it was just not long when i came across cos no TP yet..

 

sigh.. ride well guys & gals.. nowadays driver r all ****ers... drive like they own the road and have all the rights..

Summer is making an early entrance.

 

Rode to work in the afternoon with temperatures around 104 degrees F and came home around 3 AM with temperatures around 70 degrees F.

 

30 degrees of fluctuation in daily temperatures!!!

Just like those jaywalkers of Serangoon Road, I like to come up to them with throttle at idle and snap it open and close as I pass them.

 

Due to the slightly lean pilot jetting on the DRZ, there will be a loud pop from the exhaust during deceleration.

 

Love to see them jumping away with fright in my mirrors.

new generation bus drivers are getting more and more impatient and getting on my nerves these days....

 

usually the bus driver would signal to filter to my lane, then they have to "wait" for me to go pass before they can filter to my lane

but... this is what i notice...

first they signal, then they filter abit and will occupy 1/6 of the lane i'm travelling

so to keep a safe distance, i move to the more right of my lane

but f**king hell they continue to move into the lane and the next thing i know at the point i pass the bus, it already came into 1/3 of my lane already

 

doesn't mean i siam abit further to the right mean you come more into the lane right?!?! at least wait until i pass!!

They're just like most of our local drivers...If they don't claim their spot on the lane that you're traveling on, pretty soon cars behind you might speed up and/or move into your lane, preventing them from moving out.

 

I know drivers way too well. They're of the kiasu type...they cut at the first sight of (at most) a car's length worth of space on an adjacent lane, no matter how small the space is. For bus drivers however, they can't do that. So they maneuver their vehicle out slowly to the adjacent lane, making sure their presence can be seen (and "felt", might I be sarcastic here ) by the surrounding vehicles.

Er... Actually not only Bangladeshis...

 

Every evening around 8pm to 9pm when I ride home along CCK Way, I will always go along left lane and drop to 40km/h so I can prepare for e-brake as a lot of aunties, uncles, chio bus trying to dash across the road. But that Indian/Bangla really scary cos he started dashing when I was very close to him.

Yesterday while riding, very happening, somewhere near route 3, trunk roads towards Mersing. The highlight has got to be...

 

Approaching a blind corner right turn in the rain, maintaining suitable speed, onciming vehicles driving by as they exited the corner. Then a came a bid truck or lorry, as it straightened itself, the centrifugal force threw out a full lane of mud, clay and rocks, some as big as my fist or slightly larger. First thought was, this is it, I'm so dead. Its over, right there some 10 metres in front me. No time to brake, nowhere to evade because they whole lane was full of it, brake will skid, dun brake corner maybe won't... Time seemed to slow down... Tried to avoid the biggest pieces, lucky i slowed down before approaching the turn and was throttling already, so just closed throttle and hoped for the best. Lean through. Battalax tyres can make it for small bike

a car just over take and drive pass me went i was riding about 90km/h on a corner

 

the malaysia bmw really an experience driver
