Beware of woodlands avenue 2 towards republic polytechnic. The second overhead bridge has TP camping there maybe every Friday evening. Just received TP letter saying I speeding in excess 41-50km/h on a 60km/h road. Give me 12 demerit points. Lol. How can it be that I'm going that fast when I'm u-turning at the junction about 60metres ahead? The TP think too highly of me Liao la... 110km/h can come to a stop in 60metres? Power... Am I that good??? Or is the TP exaggerating? Lamppost 9 overhead bridge... Lol

 

well, if TP say so then must be true lor, those speed gun don't play play one. Maybe excess 10km/h can give chance but yours 41-50 km/h how to zao? LOL.

They got speed trap liao, SG TP isnt like Msia TP, dont put num plate next time, advisable to do on class 2 bikes only, high powered ones la

This the first letter, they ask me furnish drivers particulars... But that road so short, how the hell did I even hit 100km/h man? Wtf. And even if I did hit 100km/h, how the hell did I stop at the traffic light less than 100metres ahead? I using stock brake pad and caliper and disc. Don't tell me it's as good as brembo? Lol... Seriously sia... And of I was really going that fast, how the hell did they manage to see my number plate? It's a conspiracy man I tell u... Haiz

Could it be that the driver was trying to tell u that your tail-lights was not working, or side-stand was down, or box was not shut tight etc? I find that when I am riding, it is much easier to gesture to another rider that his tail-lights is not working. But I think for drivers very hard.

 

Was the driver high-beaming u from a safe distance rather than flashing lights aggressively while tail-gating u? What was his following distance?

Doubt so and I am very sure of this. I do my pre-check everytime I am about to ride my bike. Sounds weird but I have made it a habit. Its also a good way to warm up the bike before moving off. As for the following distance. Lets just say that if I had suddenly stopped the driver would not have the ability to even stop without me being under his vehicle.

Ever seen really top notch surveillance cameras? It is able to zoom in so much till its able to see a pimple on your face clearly. I strongly believe they are using such high tech cameras.

Nah, they don't scan IU, if you decide to remove the number plates, what's the point of putting your IU.

yesterday while riding home from work, at PIE near the lornie road left bend, i was in lane 2 doing 90kmph, this woman, about 20+ or 30yrs old driving a camry on lane 1 swerved into my lane, no signal no nothing. Heng i have habit check mirrors every 5-10 seconds, and happened to see her suddenly coming very close out of the corner of my eye. I closed throttle and slammed the brakes and let loose my horn. She did not even react and still continue to cut in, even cutting midway to lane 3 before she start to swerve back to lane 1, nearly banging another car in the process. I tried to relax and just continue riding, eventually catching up with her on the straight just before TPY, then she once again swerve into lane 2 without signal, and this time i saw damn clearly, she didnt bother to check mirror and blindspot. I horned again, and she didnt even bother to look what happen, just drive as if nothing happen.

 

Wah lau eh... can't wait for my pay to come in, sure go buy Gopro3 first thing.... Bloody idiot drivers...

Same for me. Summor got the guts to ask me buy leather cover using my own money for them to deduct at their will. Just let it spoil and claim warranty over and over again.

the iu that comes with my new bike within 2 mths spoilt cuz i cant read the amt on the display. previously on my old bike aft changing to a new iu, it spoilt within 2 weeks
