right side of the engine casing..nearby the block..ada satu cable yg ada screw thread boleh pusing2..that thing connects to 2t pump and throttle,kau pusing tu bende..the lesser the screw thread the smaller the 2t intake..right side dekat dgn block bukan carb

Any bros here know how to tune the carb?

I asked around and i got the theory down, but just wanna clarify with you guys if its correct.

 

Start the bike

Idling speed set to lowest possible

Jetting turn in (clockwise) all the way

Throttle RPM to 3000 and maintain

Turn the jetting counter clockwise bit by bit till RPM shows 4000

Let go throttle

Adjust idling speed again to lowest possible RPM

 

Is that how you do it?

Another question would be how to differentiate if the setting is too lean or too rich?

If ride bobok, means? Or if ride got alot of angin sekat2?

do so until the sound of the throttling is different..not sure how to describe.

aku tau buat trial and error pastu rasa ah engine sedap ke tak..but before that main tarik tarik throttle ah make sure engine tak semput..and once the rpm goes over the redline pastu tendang balek pegi

RPM 7 then ok ah tu..kalau apa aku describe ni bunyik mcm salah den aku tatau camne nk describe..kene tunjuk..haha

 

p.s:aku perhatikan kedai buat cam gitu..and die jgk ajar camne nk set angin..pelan2 aku ikot den baru tau rasa die camne

some people say the best setting for rxz is high-rev baru setting dia betul. but somre prefer normal je.

the one i tried bila bawak starting ok2 je, sampai rpm 5 ada angin lebih, but after rpm 6, nk tarik all the way senang.

is that 'feel' correct? bt this setting terpaksa kene bawak laju all the way ah

Setting mcm2 cara bro,Ader yang angin biarkan tinggi,Tutup minyak pas tu bukak balik satu atau satu setengah pusingan,Adjust angin balik sampai 1 pas tu rem tgk boleh sampai 12 rpm tak?Biarkan dia meraung lagi meraung lagi baik.Bdk JB ajar aku dia setkan angin sampai enjin mintak ampun tapi sampai plak 170.

okay thanks for the advice. mcm2 advice bros bagi, aku try experiment lah bila aku free. pastu pandai2 rasa sendiri rxz sedap ke tk bawak. tapi asal method kau kene tutop minyak eh? kalau setting, nanti tkder minyak dlm carb, tkle la perah2 kan? setting semua kan boleh naik sampai rpm12, cuma naik turun rpm needle dia laju atau tidak je. kalau laju kira works la tu setting dia kan?

herh tak semestinye bro..hahaha..aku tau maksud ko ape..tgh bwk pastu sangkut jap pat 5..lepas tu baru ada feeling mcm 'bukak valve' gitu kan?rasa2 jetting pat dlm da tuka kot...

 

standard nye mcm apa slowbutsteady ckp tu..pusing satu atau satu setgh..

 

tapi lau main jet dgn pilot standard..210 dgn ape tah pilot aku lupe size..den cam gitu je la..satu satu setgh..dulu aku setting sendiri biasanya aku pusing 3-4 half or full turn aku lupe..mmg byk angin..

tapi pasal aku suke main pickup..so aku set cam gitu la..pickup baiks..tapi jgn la maintain 120km/h lama2..satu hari mesti seize nye piston..hahaha

 

btw..kalau kau kata 5 sangkut pastu 6 senang naik..ah aku rasa setting ni betul ah tu..tapi bile part die tgh nk lepas 5rpm tu jgn ko rasa mcm semput sudah..da naik 6rpm keatas pon mcm batok batok(bobok) gitu motor kau..kene smooth..lau tak sempot tu angin kene buat lagi..

not sure..depends on the tyre,i usually use big front/rear tyres..80/90 and 90/80 minimum,normally the psi range would be about 31-33 front 34-36 rear for me..i would normally pump to the max..i nvr use dunlop tyres before,my tyres were either michelin or battlax..those pressures works for me.
