Not really sure wats the prob with ur side stand...but if u wan sidestand...just go any shop and say u want to buy side stand...it will come full set with the spring...i bought one before...at yishun...cause mine last time scrap and dangling...anytime gonna fall...and me no main stand some more...price wise not sure...

my z dunno got wat problem..

top spd i nt sure but at most i tink shud juz reach 120km/h..

my engine lyke very stress lidat..

i full trottle the sound getting louder but spd almost the same..

at gear 5 if i compare full and half trottle..

no diff in the spd at all but engine sounds so stress..

if its abt the sprocket i last tyme already changed frm 46 to 39..

but now i dunno wat's wrong..

ok mbrk.. i think i know wat u refering to.. its the center portion holding your tailset and tail lamp. the two holes where the 2nd light should be. u should be able to find it at the yamaha agent. i always buy my stuffs there.. its situated at kitchner road, jalan besar complex, shop name ban hoe leong. its ard 5bux a pair i think..

 

as for killerdeath, go to the bike shop u always go to and ask them to tighten some more your steering cone.. problem should be solved.. if not then the C.G (center of gravity) of the bike is too high.. try to down your fork. it should help with the handling.. balencer has nothing to do in this. balencer is just to protect your sides of your handelbar when u fall alright..

 

ok for sky, standby B8ES spark plug and arrange for meet up with me.. i should be able to rectify the prob.. i service the carb for u, see your main as well as your jet piolet.. then set back the air jetting to the required spec needed by your bike.. aft tat bike should be able to start without opening throttle at just one kick and not die till u off the engine/ignition switch.. just like mine cheers! try not to use the choke anymore as it is very addictive to the bike.. no good.. onec u start using, bike will need it more often.. as for me, i only use my choke while riding on the road above 100kmh for half a click.. by doing that its cleans your carb too

got prob wid my zecky, now i got very hrd to kick start my bike.. must open choke then can strt..sometime can kick start BUT later mati baliik... haiz.. HELP !! wat shld i do? wat is d wrong? sometimes i jus leave my bike for 10 mins n i start d moto again..still canot strt..must pull choke..

 

Currently my friend is having the same problem also... (But he riding 125z)

When was the last time u change ur spark plug??

Usually if u bike cant start, the problem could come from;

spark plug- Is is still fireing?,

spark plug cable- is it still supplying current for the spark plug,

Piston ring- the ring wear off therefore compression not is not enough to start the bike,

carb- no fuel or too much fuel,

 

I guess there's loads more possibilities why ur bike cant start... (Like khaitronic mention.)

Slowly narrow the possibilities down and you'll eventually find the source.

There's a will there's sure to be the way... :thumb:

hanatek... hmm theres posibilities your con-rod, pin bearing. or your cylinder block is already rough due to worn off piston ring.(either ones of the above). in other words, wear and tear.. so wat u need to do is to go to a mech get your top overhaul done.. there are also chances the mech say u need to rebore and increase piston size.. so proper running in comes in.. tat part boring..

Thanks bro, I know the sidestand can be easily purchased but my problem is that I lost the connecting bracket too and thats quite hard to find. Quite urgent for me cos my main stand just broke off too ... now bike leaning on wall hehe

okay now i get the idea...mine too was dangling last time...but weld back...hmm...if lost...wah like cialat sia...try ur luck at scrapyard ah like that...MAYBE they can unweld theirs and sell it to u...hope it help...Good luck bro...

mungkin cone bearing...atau ko try nie...main stand motor ko...lift up the front tyre..ngok ada goyang tak..then do the same for the rear...maybe bearing da gone kot...

Check ur fuel valve, it might also cause tis. At least keep ur needle on the 1000rpm mark while idling....

go to soon motors at eunos ave 5, i forgot which unit, my rxz side stand is welded there, that time also bracket missing, the boss managed to get one and weld it.

your main stand weld back can already, must find time go fix it, or not cialat, must lean wall

hanatek, top overhaul at jb is ard RM65++ if your bike is already last bore, there is always other means to it.. use RXK piston the mech should know. do not forget your running in. your set to go, feel the difference of the piston... cheers!!

 

 

as for killerdeath, try the method khai mentioned. yes it could be the bearing wear.. try this also, while your bike is on main stand, tilt it back so tat your front wheel is suspended.. then stand in the front center and spin your front wheel.. there is high chances tat your front wheel is bengkok (bend) if not then must be the alignment of your hub spokes to the outer rim.. do check it out and lemme know again

syamitomo, i do agree idling at 1000rpm is the way to go.. but it be better if its o.5000rpm

sparkers1, do remember the higher your idling = to higher fuel consumption.. i reckon to try and keep it at 0.5000rpm - 1000rpm.. no doubt warm up faster but, tat way your forcing your engine to run even tho your combustion ratio is not right.. bike wont stall at low rpm if your air/fuel mixture is enough..

stinkybutt, hmmm i dont fancy other brands being on my bike.. tats why my mates calls me agent cos i only use yamaha genuine parts, 55K.. hehehe.. i been riding without balencer eversince i pass seh.. heheeh cos later wanna selit susah.. yes wat i say is right, it cleans your carb. no worries, i give u my word u wont terplanting one bit.. all u can feel is abit berat when u pull the choke of your carb, then once done just light and brilliant riding man.. cheers!! included to close the choke aft half a click
